The American Immigrant Investor Alliance is funded entirely by investors, industry professionals, and allies who share our vision for a fair and expedient EB-5 visa program. Donation towards a membership is used to support the advocacy and educational mission of AIIA.

There are currently three tiers of membership: Investor Membership, the Industry Membership, and the Advisory Membership. Each category provides distinct benefits and access to our resources based on your preferred level of involvement.
The Investor Membership is designed for EB-5 immigrant investors, providing them access to our community of experts and resources including support for delays, repayment issues, etc. Industry Membership is for any EB-5 professional including attorneys, agents and investment issuers, enabling them access to data that illustrate the latest trends of the program and connections with other like-minded professionals. The Advisory Membership is our most privileged tier, and provides serious EB-5 stakeholders with political, legislative, and regulatory support as they seek to influence the EB-5 program, as well as a role in AIIA’s lobbying agenda.

Industry Membership
AIIA is a 'by investor, for investor' organization and recognizes the importance of support from EB-5 service providers to our community. This includes attorneys, investment consultants, foreign intermediaries, investment issuers, developers, etc. Your financial support will help advocate for our community and help ensure that your clients’ interests are being served.
Investor Members have the following benefits:
- Opportunity to participate in the organization’s future activities, programs, strategy plannings, and operations by providing regular feedback and inputs. Opportunities to be invited to join our Congressional lobbying activities and calls with the government agencies. For example, foreign intermediary from Vietnam, Loyalpass, directly spoke with USCIS regarding the most pressing issues faced by Vietnamese investors.

Advisory Membership
Advisory Membership is the highest tier of membership in our alliance and affords the greatest resources to members. It’s intended for serious EB-5 stakeholders who want market-making insights into the EB-5 industry, and insider information about the program’s future. Advisory Members also have a role in AIIA’s governance, which helps them direct the organization to suit their needs.
Advisory Members have the following benefits:
