EB-5 Advisory Membership with AIIA

Industry donors can opt into the standard membership program, where donors make a one-time $2,500 donation to the organization to receive a one year membership, OR the recurring membership program, where donors make an annual $2,500 donation to the organization to receive ongoing membership.

This membership option is available to EB-5 industry members, as well as any allies or other stakeholders.

Please note: Even though our organization helps a large number of people, since advocacy is a significant part of our expenses, AIIA has a tax exemption status under section 501(c)(4). Because our Organization is not an organization described in section 170(c) of the code, all contributions made to the American Immigrant Investor Alliance are not deductible contributions. Read more about this at the IRS website – Donations to Section 501(c)(4) Organizations. Up to seventy five percent of your donation is allocable to nondeductible lobbying expenses and that portion of your contribution/dues to AIIA is not deductible by you as a business expense for federal income tax purposes.
