AIIA Submits questions to UCSIS Public Engagement

Today, AIIA submitted a series of questions to the USCIS public engagement regarding the EB-5 program. Topics addressed in this release range from residual RC program lapse questions, IPO operations and staffing capacity, as well as processing policies for the ongoing lapse. EB-5 investors deserve to know how this lapse will affect their immigration and investment, and we hope this meeting will deliver much needed answers.

AIIA looks forward to engaging with USCIS on this and future stakeholder opportunities.

Our submission can be accessed here.
