Financial Contribution - AIIA

Please note: Even though our organization helps a large number of people, since advocacy is a significant part of our expenses, AIIA has a tax exemption status under section 501(c)(4). Because our Organization is not an organization described in section 170(c) of the code, all contributions made to the American Immigrant Investor Alliance are not deductible contributions. Seventy five percent of your donation is allocable to nondeductible lobbying expenses and that portion of your contribution/dues to AIIA is not deductible by you as a business expense for federal income tax purposes.
