Joseph Barnett

Joseph “Joey” Barnett is a business immigration lawyer who most often assists EB-5 investors navigate the immigration and investment process. With his in-depth knowledge of immigration and nationality law, Mr. Barnett also counsels corporations and developers in creating, managing, and using Regional Centers to raise EB-5 capital for a specific project. He has over a decade of experience in EB-5 and currently serves on the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) Benefits Litigation Committee.
