Jasmine Nhài Nguyễn is an investment and immigration advisor who serves as a trusted partner to successful Vietnamese investors pursuing U.S. residency through the EB-5 program. With over eight years of specialized experience, she has guided hundreds of clients across more than 20 direct and Regional Center–sponsored investment projects. She is the co-founder of Loyalpass, an immigration advisory firm in Vietnam established in 2022 and led by a team with more than 20 years of combined industry experience. Loyalpass has supported over 500 successful investors in collaboration with prominent U.S. Regional Centers and law firms. The firm provides comprehensive services throughout every stage of the immigration and settlement process—including financial and tax planning, real estate investment advising, support for permanent green card holders, and U.S. citizenship preparation. Over the past three years, Loyalpass, in partnership with AIIA, has supported Vietnamese EB-5 investors who faced denials related to third-party currency exchange, helping them overcome USCIS decisions and ultimately obtain approvals. Loyalpass has actively participated in policy advocacy efforts to protect and strengthen the Vietnamese EB-5 community during times of regulatory change. Loyalpass has also assisted large groups of investors in arbitration cases against developers to recover invested capital. The firm has worked with experienced U.S. litigation teams on hundreds of successful Writ of Mandamus filings to expedite the issuance of ten-year green cards.
