Bob Cornish is a securities litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience in handling matters for investors and others in the global financial markets. Prior to forming his own firm, Bob was a partner at respected US law firms. Previous to that, Bob served as General Counsel to a prominent family office and an institutional money manager with over $7 billion under management. In addition, Bob has held the FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal license. Bob’s current litigation practice concentrates on serving both EB-5 investors and migration agents in litigation in US courts and in arbitration. Bob maintains law licenses in New York, Tennessee, Arkansas, Wyoming and DC, and has litigated in courts in Florida, California and elsewhere. He also serves as an expert witness in EB-5 matters, has been ranked a “Top 5” Securities Litigator by EB-5 Investors Magazine for several years and designated a “Super Lawyer” in securities litigation matters. Bob is a graduate of Davidson College and the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.

Suzanne Lazicki is the founder of Lucid Professional Writing, which specializes in business plans for immigration purposes. Marisa Marconi is the founder and lead consultant of Pinnacle Plan Writing, a boutique immigration business plan and market research firm specializing in developing comprehensive business plans for EB-5, E-2, and L-1 applications. Marisa develops plans for both Regional Center and Direct EB-5 investment projects and takes a research-first approach to development to ensure that projections are backed by credible data and plans clearly articulate the project’s place and opportunity within the market. Her portfolio spans multiple industries, including, but not limited to commercial and residential real estate, hotels, restaurant and food service, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, education, transportation, agriculture, distribution, and retail. Michael Harris is an accredited attorney who has practiced immigration law for over 15 years, and has earned his status as a board certified immigration law specialist for the past nine years. Michael has previously worked in investment securities and business marketing, informing his current counseling for project developers, investment issuers, and investors in the EB-5 industry. Michael has represented various Regional Centers sponsoring projects with fundraising goals of all sizes, including projects raising up to $250 million in investment capital.
