Rana Jazayerli

Rana Jazayerli has nearly twenty-five (25) years of experience as a litigator and immigration attorney, and is the founding attorney for Jazayerli Law, LLC, an immigration law firm based in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Columbia Law School in New York, Ms. Jazayerli has extensive expertise in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor visa program, representing individuals seeking U.S. permanent residency through investment, and U.S. companies seeking EB-5 Regional Center designation to allow them to finance job creating projects. An experienced litigator, she has also filed numerous successful federal mandamus actions in U.S. District Courts on behalf of clients whose adjudication of immigration petitions and applications, including I-526/E Petitions, I-485 Applications, and I-829 Petitions, have been unreasonably delayed. Ms. Jazayerli regularly speaks on EB-5 related panels and is a member of the Association to Invest in the USA (IIUSA), where she serves on its Best Practices Committee, and is a member of the American Immigrant Investor Alliance (“AIIA”), an organization founded by EB-5 investors to educate and inform EB-5 investors and to advocate on their behalf.
